This tool is used to display the calculation of SL/SV network scores through AddModuleScore in a specific cell type of a specific dataset, calculate the scores of hallmark pathways using the Seurat R package, and perform Spearman correlation analysis between the SL/SV network scores and the scores of hallmark pathways.
